Departments, managers, and co-workers often designate others to schedule visitors in their behalf. CapSure allows anyone designated as a ‘manager’ to specify a delegate to schedule visitors in their behalf and whether or not the delegate should be notified of their visitor arrival.

A delegate can represent more than one person for this purpose and can be emailed upon a visitor’s arrival using CapSure’s arrival notification system.
