CapSure’s network security integration synchronizes with active directory and other commonly used databases such as SQL. Users entered into Active Directory are automatically added to CapSure along with their department and other pertinent information. This eliminates double entry of data to activate a new user. Employees with active directory integration will have access to use CapSure simply by logging into their own internal network. Once logged in users can take full advantage of CapSure’s visitor management. Users have the ability to update their own permanent and temporary visitor lists within company pre-defined rules.

And, users can update their own contact information as well as set up their own notification methods for visitor arrivals. Employees can be assigned to one or many work locations to allow them to schedule visitors for any site.
