- Employee Functions include updating personal profiles, visitor lists, and automobiles. Employees can update visitor lists online that appear instantly in the guard visitor processing computer.
- Security officer functions include shift log-in/log-out, individual profiles, incident reporting, and complete visitor processing.
- Administrator functions include management of system access privileges, adding users, and report generation.
New information, such as an employee adding a name to his visitor list, is immediately and automatically reflected across the system. This functionality eliminates a number of problems, such as officers using outdated visitor lists that are printed each morning or different entry points maintaining separate visitor lists.
