Administrative personnel have access to the full range of CapSure’s features and stored information, and they also are empowered to set system access and privilege levels.

Specific administrator functions include:

  • Add/Modify/Delete users. Administrators have the ability to create new users through the CapSure interface or through Active Directory integration. New users can be assigned to departments, groups, and/or other companies.
  • Profile management allows administrators to maintain contact information, view employee/officer profiles, and manage building access privileges.
  • Incident reporting enables administrators to view and enter incident reports.
  • Report generation provides a comprehensive query and reporting function on everything from vehicles to events to security activity.
