CapSure provides the security officer several different ways to interact with the system. Each method provides tools are oriented towards a specific officers duties.

CapSure Client: The client is installed on computers at specific entry points. The entry points could be a secure, guarded entry gate, an internal security clearance desk, or a concierge. Call centers that need to enter visitors into the system in volumes can use the client for rapid entry. This frees up busy entry points for visitor processing rather than having to also enter visitors into the system. Of course, as mentioned in Employee Functions, employees can enter visitors directly eliminating the need for officers or anyone other than the employee to enter visitor information. Officers log-in at the start of their shift and log-off at the end, providing automatic tracking of all transactions performed by each officer. The CapSure client enables security officers to rapidly process visitors & prepare for large company events. The client is also used for rapid lookup of employee phone numbers, badge and/or pass printing, and cross reference to employees departments and co-workers.

WEB Portal: allows stationary and mobile security officers to perform searches, enter incidents, and run reports. The CapSure security web portal can be used from any PC with internet access including a Wi-Fi or cellular data connection. The web portal contains most of the administrative look-up functionality without the ability to edit certain information that only administrators can change.

Handheld: Through CapSure Mobile a security officer can perform a number of functions including:

  • Processing of entry through the reading of RFID devices
  • Verification of identity through RFID devices
  • Visitor processing
  • Perform searches and lookups of user data and process security incidents.
