This easy-to-use form is downloaded to the residents’ computer. Clicking a computer Icon opens the screens below. All the resident has to do is enter their visitors name, select the date and time, and click Add Visitor. Residents may even select an alternate destination for the visitor to meet them such as the clubhouse, or recreation center. The information is automatically added to the guard display before the visitor arrives.
Quick Entry enhancement:
- Reduces phone calls to the guard station
- Eliminates residents needing to log into CapSure web site to enter a visitor
- Allows residents to add visitors from their home, office, or any other computer
Quick Entry is secure. The first time a resident uses Quick Entry they have the option of saving their user ID and Password or entering it each time.
