CapSure enables users to enter and access information based on their identity as a resident, security officer, or administrator. Because CapSure is Web-based, information is synchronized immediately rather than periodically, ensuring that everyone is sharing the same information in real-time.

• Resident functions include personal/family profiles, visitor lists, emergency contacts, and access to community information and documents.
• Security officer functions include shift log-in/log-out, individual profiles, incident reporting, and viewing of community events.
• Administrator functions include management of system access privileges, uploading of community information and resources, and report generation.

New information, such as a resident adding a name to his visitor list or a vehicle entering at a gate, is immediately and automatically reflected across the system. This functionality eliminates a number of problems, including officers using outdated visitor lists that are printed each morning or different gates maintaining separate visitor lists.
